Drills: Manmaker

Below is a great drill to improve ball control and teach effective passing and cutting:

 

#2 and #3 try to get open
#1 does not have the dribble
The defense is in full denial
The offense tries to get the ball up the court from baseline to baseline without using their dribble or turning it over

 

 

 

 

 

In addition to the “no pass” limitation, the offense needs to stay within their respective third of the court
